Apex OneAPEX ONEParking Manager

Privacy Policy

Effective August 31, 2026

1. Who we are

Apex One Parking Manager (the "Service") is operated by Apex One Technologies ("Apex One," "we," "us"). We provide parking management software to homeowners associations, property managers, and similar communities ("Communities"). This policy explains what information the Service handles and how.

2. Scope

This policy covers the Service at apexoneparking.com and any custom domain a Community uses for it. Your Community is responsible for its own parking rules and for how it uses the records the Service keeps on its behalf.

3. Information we collect

  • Residents: license plate, vehicle color, make, and model, and the parking days you register.
  • Enforcement records: violation tickets (plate, violation type, notes, photos taken by patrol) and tow records, created by your Community's staff.
  • Community staff: names, email addresses, and password hashes for manager and guard accounts, and contact entries (like towing companies) that managers add.
  • Technical data: basic request logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated by our hosting providers to run and secure the Service.

The Service does not ask residents for names, home addresses, phone numbers, or payment details.

4. How we use information

We use this information solely to operate the Service: recording and verifying parking registrations, maintaining your Community's violation and tow records, enforcing quotas, and keeping the Service secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Who can see your information

  • Your Community's authorized managers and patrol guards see the parking and enforcement records for that Community.
  • Service providers that host the Service and its data on our behalf (currently Vercel for hosting and file storage, and Neon for the database), under their own security commitments.
  • Authorities, if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of others.

Information from one Community is never shown to another.

6. Cookies and device storage

The Service uses a session cookie to keep you signed in, and can store your plate and vehicle details in your own browser so the form is pre-filled next time. That convenience data stays on your device - you can remove it anytime by clearing your browser's site data. The Service does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Data retention

Records are kept while your Community uses the Service so it has an accurate parking and enforcement history. Community managers can remove a vehicle and its permit history at any time; ticket records remain part of the Community's enforcement history.

8. Your rights

To correct or delete information about you or your vehicle, contact your HOA or property manager - they control their Community's records - or email us and we will help route your request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
